It seems like the issue happens whenever you launch a folder with LibreOffice. The taskbar and desktop elements vanish and reappear, and the folder closes without opening again. This is definitely a strange problem—let me help you figure it out.

It's running Windows 10... Please hold for the stable version since there are definitely some issues.

Upgrade to the newest release and experience speed. Four updates have been released since then, with version 10224 being the latest. This should likely address your issues.
