Hello! I just updated my Windows 10 21H1 system, and when I opened the Event Viewer, I saw an error. I’m not sure what to do or if it’s a problem worth fixing.

The process of obtaining the certification appears unclear from what I observe. It seems connected to enabling TPM and Windows installation requiring a certificate. I should investigate further into the details. You mentioned firewall settings—disable any if you have one besides Windows’ built-in protection. If using a VPN, it might interfere with getting the certificate. Ensure your system is fully updated. Install the latest AMD chipset drivers and restart after setup if needed. It’s possible the server is temporarily overloaded and will function once it resolves. PS.: I assume your setup isn’t domain-based, and you’re running Windows 10/11 Home or Pro. Other editions or domain memberships require Windows Server to distribute the certification.

I'm running Windows 10 Pro 21H1 on a Gigabyte B550M AORUS Elite motherboard with a Ryzen 5600X. I'm using Cloudflare Warp 1.1.1.1 with a VPN, and I've switched to the DNS 1.1.1.1 instead of the default.

Visit the official AMD website to obtain the chipset drivers. This is my advice. Motherboard makers often lag in updates. Besides that, consider using Cloudflare as an alternative. The URL format suggests it uses a domain instead of an IP address...

I face the same problem when starting GTA V on my PC, which then completely stops. I looked in Event Viewer and found ID 86, and my specs are listed as R9 3950x, Asus Hero 8 EVGA FTW 3, 3090 16GB Trident Z Neo.

Same problems with Ryzen 7 5800X, RTX 3080, 16GB Trident Z Neo from Gigabyte X570? Any solutions available?

This problem remains active in 2023, worth examining closely—it seems to point toward a Ryzen or Windows issue. So far, no concrete fix has been identified.
