The label indicates the setup details. I’m using two displays: a Samsung TV and a Wacom WSX20 tablet. Moving the task bar causes Windows to struggle, reducing the resolution on the tablet and sometimes removing the application title bar or part of the date stamp. It works okay if the task bar stays at the bottom, but it’s problematic with a vertical stacked screen layout, especially when the tablet is off. This issue began after the latest update, highlighting how much improvement the "Creator" Update brought for Wacom users.

Perhaps? The system was set up independently. Since the auto-updates are controlled by the software. I could provide a screenshot, but it wouldn't really help much, and given the monitor placement, capturing the problem would be difficult. I think...

Almost new release. It doesn't slow things down much, but it's really annoying.

Take care of yourself and reinstall the software from the official creators update on the Microsoft site. By the way, I turned off Windows updates on my machine to avoid these issues.
