My university is providing free access to Windows 10 Education or Windows 10 multiple editions via DreamSpark/Insire. I'm wondering if these licenses will become available again after I graduate.

You're referencing old dreamspark keys from four years ago. Just remember to sort them out and save them somewhere for future reference.
