Pressing the power button makes the PC function properly, all fans activate, but the monitor displays "no video input." I reset it several times, and the latest version of Windows 10 prompts me to wait before proceeding.

Have you considered changing the cables connected to your graphics card and your monitor? Also, have you made any recent updates to Windows?

I checked the PC briefly and noticed that one of the power supply pins on the motherboard connector is absent. I learned it’s okay because I mentioned it earlier—this post turned into a mess.

Once the 24-pin was connected and then inserted, everything functioned properly. This update is quite problematic.
