Hi, your system shows 16GB installed while the BIOS lists 24GB. This could be due to a BIOS setting or a mismatch in the RAM configuration. Check the BIOS options for memory settings and ensure the correct slots are selected. Also, verify that the Corsair Vengeance is properly seated in the 2x4 slot of your motherboard.

Is your system using a 32-bit version of Windows? I’m not sure if all updates up to version 10 have sufficient storage capacity. I recall older releases required a 64-bit architecture for this feature.

Is the task manager showing that certain RAM is set aside? There have been several discussions on this in the forums. It might mean your RAM is faulty, improperly seated, or blocked by BIOS (such as for an iGPU). Alternatively, Windows could be reserving some of it because of boot settings. Check the link: https://appuals.com/windows-10-wont-use-full-ram/

Run Memtest86 to check memory one slot at a time. If any module is faulty or improperly installed, proceed with testing.
