No one has reported this problem before. Your machine ran smoothly until it froze and emitted an unusual buzzing sound while using Skype. It had normal performance prior to that. Specs: Intel Pentium N3540 @2.16 GHz, 4GB RAM, 500GB hard drive, Windows 10 Home 64 Bit.
