GTX 970, after some days without restarting the PC, shifting windows and minimizing seems to run slowly with low frames per second. Could be faulty drivers or GPU issues? I performed Nvidia's clean installation but haven't used DDU yet.

A restart may resolve the issue temporarily, but it doesn't always ensure a permanent fix. It could cause the problem to persist afterward.

It might be Windows 10 itself, not just the Nvidia driver. I recall Linus and Wendell talking about Win10 losing responsiveness over time during their WAN segment. They also seem puzzled about the root cause and solutions.
