Windows 10: Decide Whether to Enable or Disable...
Hey everyone, here are some thoughts on this. It seems Windows 10 relies on those wallpaper and personalization settings, plus a watermark if it’s not enabled. So why spend money on a license? Regarding licenses, do you know any limits on language packs for Windows 10? Is Windows 10 Home available in other languages besides just one? Also, is the Single Language Edition limited to a specific language or only certain versions like the Chinese one?
Recent changes prevented my device from linking with the Windows Update server until I enabled it. Apart from that and your comments, I believe there aren't many additional options. It seems unlikely anyone would use the MS Store unless they activated it, so who actually relies on it?
Because of a small mix-up on my end, my tablet was upgraded to Windows 10 Pro from home, yet the old version (Win 7 Pro) I provided was only blocked later. Going back to the Home edition would need a full reinstall, so I didn’t do it. Updates continue to function, and you can switch the background by right-clicking an image and choosing "set as background." The remaining theme choices aren’t available, and the watermark is the only noticeable drawback.
