Hello, your issue seems linked to the USB connection and its stability. The crashes after disconnecting or losing responsiveness might stem from USB issues, especially with a USB 3.0 port. Checking the port health, updating drivers, or testing on another device could help determine if the problem is specific to your setup.

There appears to be unusual software managing your USB connections and security settings.

DPC connects to drivers WATCHDOG which are linked with microcontrollers. A missed watchdog check means the device isn't responding quickly enough. BSOD is Windows' built-in safety feature against file damage or hardware issues. I recommend trying DPCLat (download via a quick search) and testing your USB device. Please share screenshots from DPCLat afterward. I see your USB is a phone—do you know the operating system it's using? Is it Android, and what version? Could the phone enter standby or sleep around the same time the error appears?

The system operates on Android 4.4.2, and the issue only appears after the device becomes unresponsive when removed.

I'm planning to reset my device, which could help if the problem is related to voltage.

Did you adjust the base clock? Was your RAM boosted as well? Have you connected this phone to another device and noticed any crashes? Which operating system is installed on your computer?
