Tried to push my CPU beyond its limits and ran into issues with Windows after a restart. Jumped from 3.7 to 4.5 speeds, though I’m not sure what other settings I adjusted. I think I increased the memory speed a bit too much. After rebooting, Windows Auto Repair started automatically and asked me to reinstall it. I reset the BIOS and restored everything to defaults, but the boot loop keeps happening.
What options do I have now?

It seems your windows might have been damaged, possibly due to a system update attempt during an overclocking failure.

I decided to attempt booting from a USB, but it didn't work. I used system restore, but it keeps trying to fix the system on startup. System restore doesn't help. I checked all the options in the Windows recovery menu. I tried restoring Windows from a USB, but it would install to the main drive. I reformatted the drive and still faced issues.
