Hardware issues could cause unpredictable crashes. To rule this out, we need to identify what was shared across all three incidents: the programs running, especially those typically inactive—like the NVIDIA driver downloads.

I realized the purpose of reviewing all previous crashes is to determine if the exception pattern remains consistent or if the underlying component or process differs. If the issue stays the same, it likely points to a software problem rather than a hardware failure.

The issue involves Chrome.exe and Discord.exe, but I'm not sure what might be causing it.

This supports my idea that the issue isn't tied to application-specific factors. Could you share the findings from the analyses of the other two dumps? If the module crash (Npfs.SYS) remains consistent and the stack activity matches, it might point toward a software correlation rather than hardware failure. Conversely, if all three crashes appear unrelated, I suspect an unstable OC or failing hardware component.

I don’t usually work on overclocking, but could a blue screen be linked to cleaning inside my PC? I’m having some trouble explaining in English, and I haven’t cleaned my system yet—maybe the issue started then.

Don't stress! We understand it's frustrating, but we're relieved it didn't occur again. It seems unlikely to be the cause; the only possible effects would be increased fan noise and slightly higher temperatures.
