I rely on this tool to close a lot of unwanted files in Windows. It's odd that it automatically restarts itself... Would you also consider the forum link about enabling/disabling news interests in the taskbar? That site often shares ready-made registry entries for fixing or removing various settings. Just copy the code and change the file type from .txt to .reg in a text editor.
When you run a dismission or similar process, all the unwanted software and spyware often come back because that’s how the system tries to “fix” itself. Outside of that, I don’t really understand why it would turn it on again. I turned it off once and never saw it again—seems like it can’t be disabled properly. It only hides things, but I haven’t seen it since I last changed it. By the way, are you referring to Edge or Windows Desktop? I don’t use Edge, but I know it tends to re-enable itself there (which is why I avoid it).
