There seems to be an issue with how Windows restarts. After signing up for the insider program and following the steps, it appears the system resets itself without any noticeable changes. Restarting in safe mode also doesn't resolve the problem. Sometimes shutting down and rebooting manually fixes it, but it leaves a black screen. All hardware works fine, and Windows functions normally otherwise. It looks like the restart sequence isn't working as expected. I understand you don’t want to reinstall, especially with important software. Any suggestions?
