I installed the update yesterday but my graphics and Bluetooth drivers vanished right away. It took me all night to get them back. Once they were back, CPU and disk usage stayed at full capacity and didn’t drop, making my PC almost unusable. After fixing the issue, I discovered that all my installed apps are missing icons and Windows Explorer won’t open properly—really frustrating. Finding the right control panel took me hours. Now my PC is slow, and it seems Windows still has bugs. It needs more development, and day one updates should fix these problems. If anyone knows a solution, please help! Windows 8.1 was much better than Windows 10.

People often assume everything will work out fine without realizing potential issues. It's frustrating when trust is placed in something like Microsoft without questioning it.

No, I didn't search for that. Let me know if you need help with anything else.

I didn't locate it there. I found it by right-clicking the Windows logo in the bottom-left corner.

Ensure Windows is enabled and activated. After activating, it will be upgraded. Use the Win 8.1 key for the Windows 10 setup. You can find the ISO or boot media creator at the provided link: https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/software.../windows10

The important point is that the key used for Windows 8.1 should also apply to Windows 10. If someone has verified this, let me know how they did it. There’s no known software to recover the key directly, but you might try using recovery tools or checking system restore points if the issue persists. Thank you for asking.

Upgrade without needing a key. All requested steps will be skipped, and activation will happen automatically after the clean install. This was done on both of your PCs.
