AI Suite also installs drivers. AIcharger performs this task as well. Drivers from AI charger have been reported to trigger crashes on Windows.

AI Suite sets up drivers, AIcharger does the same. Drivers from AI charger are linked to crashes in Windows. Why bother with a Fitbit driver if you never used it? Is this a fresh Windows install I made just a week ago? Any chance to locate and delete it?

It should definitely involve a USB connection, as that's what people are looking for online. The file requires an update.

I removed AI Suite, along with the AI charger, and it hasn't crashed so far. It seems that was the issue. Appreciate your assistance.
