Windows 10 BSOD Help?
I continue experiencing random BSOD errors, the code is DRIVER_IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL. I had an i7 6700K overclocked to 4.7GHz @1.38v and thought that was the cause, so I returned it to stock 4.0GHZ @1.28v but still get the same BSOD randomly. It mostly happens when watching YouTube videos. Is this related to a driver issue, possibly involving the graphics card or a faulty GPU? I also have an EVGA GTX 970 SC running at stock clocks. Any advice would be appreciated.
Consider installing a newer GPU driver first, or try an older one. Then, underclock the EVGA from SC to vanilla 970 clocks. If it functions at vanilla speeds but not at SC speed, follow their RMA procedure.
Move the tiny DMP files to some location. Share the connection.
Disconnect the CMOS battery, then restore it. Finally, adjust the BIOS settings.
Consider updating the GPU driver first, or try an older version, then adjust the EVGA to vanilla 970 clocks from SC. If it functions at standard speeds but not at SC, follow their RMA steps. The current driver is version 376.33, released on 12/13/16.
Get the files directly instead of a screenshot. This will let you view the remaining drivers. If McAfee is installed, remove it as it might trigger this stop error.
Paul NZ needs the actual files, not just a screenshot. I'm not sure how to do that either. I don't use OneDrive.
