Reviewed my changes—I mistyped "i-n-e-t-c-p-l" as "i-n-c-e-t-c-p-l." Performed an Internet Explorer reset as instructed, but nothing improved. Also verified proxy settings; they’re configured to auto-detect.

Ah! I didn’t notice the typo either! Make sure to check your proxy settings in Settings; Settings > Network & Internet > Proxy.
