You might need to reinstall drivers after upgrading to Windows 10, but it depends on your hardware and updates. It’s usually safer to upgrade first and then install drivers during the installation process.

Upgrade to Windows 10, apply the necessary drivers. A fresh install isn't required unless you prefer. Or if you're frustrated with the remaining 100MB of installation files
