The difference of 4.3 to 4.2 might simply stem from rounding during the reading and showing process.

The CPU-Z images display the multiplier at 42x, even though the actual values are higher, suggesting limitations elsewhere. It could be due to the maximum CPU power state in Windows power settings or another application affecting it.

I don't think I have any software that would limit. My windows power plan is on high performance.
