I noticed it before but haven’t delved deeply yet. The question is: how to adjust the Windows toolbar color scheme and increase brightness for clearer wallpaper visibility?
Settings personalization options are available. Adjust registry transparency by searching online.
I discovered a way to adjust the color, but I couldn’t locate the brightness settings I looked up. It looks like those options aren’t available.
