Hello, your Windows 7 upgrade to 10 went smoothly initially, but you installed the 32-bit version on the same SSD. Now it doesn't recognize your activation code anymore. Interestingly, it worked during the first upgrade from 7 to 10. Could you try reinstalling it again or check if there are any updates for the new version? Your call with Microsoft was frustrating, especially since they were unreachable and dropped the line.
