You're looking to move the license from your old Windows 10 OEM PC to a new PC using your Microsoft account. Yes, it's possible—just ensure you have the correct license key and follow the steps provided by Microsoft for transferring it. Let me know if you need further guidance!

Due to a possible issue, using the Windows Media Creation Tool with an OEM license on the new version might not display the watermark, even though it's meant for backup purposes. This could be a bug affecting its functionality.

Licenses for original equipment manufacturers are linked to individual machines and cannot be transferred.

Sounds like you're dealing with a minor issue—just a possible watermark that doesn't affect the main features, and the color settings remain unchanged. Everything else seems to be functioning properly.

You should be able to use up to five devices. Adding it to your Microsoft account lets you transfer them to your next PC build.

weirdly, i only have oem licenses and can transfer them. since they can still be reactivated after hardware updates... essentially just relocate them.

You can restart gradually by modifying parts, but if nothing remains unchanged in that device, it shouldn't work.
