no network driver means no updates. Windows comes with drivers for many devices, but if you have a unique snowflake network controller not covered, you must download the driver elsewhere and transfer it to your installation device (USB sticks and more).

It’s very improbable it won’t grab it unless it’s extremely old or from the most popular Chinese company ever.

About 99% of the time, the windows handles every driver you require. If you can't access the internet, your drivers are already set up for you.
