Get ISO from the provided link, burn it to a DVD, then execute setup.exe. Avoid purchasing SSDs smaller than 120GB.

You need a 4GB flash storage somewhere...just proceed with the install, then transfer it to your C drive from an USB. The download tool will prompt whether you want to save the installer on a USB drive.
