I'm not entirely certain, but it seems likely. You might be able to bypass the key part and retrieve it.

Restart the system, verify all updates are applied, and ensure Windows authenticates correctly.

The process isn't resolving. The update tool didn't succeed, so we're using the Media Creation Tool instead.
