It functioned for you. Ensure your system is configured to receive updates automatically. Execute the command in a cmd.exe window with admin privileges: wuauclt.exe /updatenow. You should proceed, and the download will start shortly. Visit Control Panel → System → System Updates to confirm the process.

You're sitting on a drtibike in your profile, so I'm treating you as a friend. What kind of bike do you ride? I own a 2010 TC250 with four strokes, but I also like two-stroke models. Is yours a yz250 or yz125?

This approach helped me, though I had to type the command several times. Pressing the up key and repeating it a few times should resolve it eventually.
