Discussing piracy broadly isn't prohibited by the CoC guidelines. Seeking references, methods to bypass security, or technical guidance on such actions violates the rules. It's also incorrect to promote piracy. The person mentioned invested £1200 on their PC and couldn't afford Windows; they should have reduced their spending by £100 to cover the cost. @donboki consider using Ubuntu as an alternative OS until they can afford Windows, or join the Windows Insider Program for beta testing (though it may be paused as Windows 10 nears release).
