I changed my Windows 8.1 a few days back, after which I received the Windows 10 reservation app, and I managed to secure my free version. Recently, I received several updates, including one labeled KB3035583. After searching online, I realized this update is required to install the 'Windows 10 reservation app.' Even though I have uninstalled it, I still have the app installed. What does KB3035583 actually do, and what should I do next?
