It should be identical to the previous version of win8 to win8.1. You’ll just receive an update, save it, install it, and turn off your computer. Completed. Win10 appears to function very well for gaming so far.

It mainly refreshes the Windows version, keeping your programs and files safe. (But if you have incompatible apps, it may prompt you to delete them.)

Typically, most games work on updated operating systems, but they might not function on DX12. Still, you can still play them by clicking the small icon, entering your email, and you'll receive a notification about the Windows 10 release on July 29th.

It will be an improvement They haven’t mentioned any method for a complete reset unless you have your current Windows key or a new one. If they don’t offer a clean installation option, I’ll likely purchase a backup copy and switch to another operating system.

Check if the newest update supports LoL and verify Steam's performance with the latest version.

They do it too. After completing the upgrade, I believe your key will be linked to the motherboard, allowing a fresh installation via DVD or USB. However, you must complete the upgrade first so Microsoft recognizes your Windows 7/8 key as compatible with Windows 10.

Both LoL and Steam work well on Windows 10, while DX12 remains uncertain but you should still be able to use the services.

DX12 is going to be fucking awesome for gaming, so defiantly get it. Also get the upgrade as it won't be at all different then paying 100$ for a fresh copy.
