It's true, I do that too—particularly with beta releases of my preferred distributions. Whether it's worth it for Windows isn't clear.

I own it for 10 and I enjoy using it on Ubuntu, but for a genuine virtual machine I’d need another SSD. Right now I just use it for fun. On my laptop I have 10 since I don’t use it much and I believe it’s reliable enough for a machine I’d take with me to another place.
