I had Windows 8.1 for quite some time and it started appearing every few minutes that the system couldn't open an .ASHX file. Now I'm worried it might be a virus since I haven't opened any files. Anyone have any suggestions?

Some info on your file: http://bit.ly/1r1fJfo http://abt.cm/1r1fNvx Do you know where that file is stored? If you dont know it better delete it if it s not used for anything. If you re afraid of a virus etc download MalwareBytes and scan your PC I recommend you delete it is supposed to be a dangerous executable. At least that s what I've read on a few sites.
