I did something wrong. I was using libusb to filter a device and instead of using Filter Wizard, I clicked Install all class filters. Libusb worked, but then an immediate BSOD appeared. Now I receive a STOP 0x0000007B (INACCESSIBLE_BOOT_DEVICE) each time I try to boot, sending me back to diagnostics. I attempted chkdsk, sfc /scannow, and DISM, but I'm unsure what to do next. I'd like to remove libusb or try something else, but booting in Safe Mode also results in a BSOD. Any suggestions?

New Windows setup.
It should have functioned properly if it had, given the diagnostics performed. Persistent BSODs indicate the boot partition is damaged and cannot be fixed.
