Hello, I've shared an issue about installing Windows 10 on my M.2 SSD with a memory management error (stop code: Memory Management). After fixing it by configuring the SATA controller in BIOS as RAID using AHCI, I'm curious about the impact of this change. Could anyone clarify what that setting does? Also, after the installation, I attempted to revert to AHCI but it won't boot properly, so I'm back to RAID again. My motherboard is a Gigabyte GH170 3, and I'm wondering if this affects my system. Additionally, I'm unsure whether I'm still running in RAID mode or not, as I don't see any RAID storage visible. TY

Raid mode is meant exclusively for utilizing raid on your motherboard, which you shouldn't attempt.

No, I didn't disconnect any other storage devices prior to setting up Windows on the M.2 SSD.

Hey, I've already tried that too but nothing worked.

On your mobile device, you can configure the SATA controller for RAID to enable booting Windows 10. The image you shared doesn’t provide details about whether it shows information when in RAID mode.
