Win10 Keyboard Right Arrow key sends Right and Left Arrow keys, while Right Alt Key triggers Alt and Ctrl Key
The keyboard functions correctly on other PCs and laptops.
I attempted to remove all related peripheral drivers.
My BIOS and Windows are current.
The problem appears even in BIOS, when using the search bar and arrow keys.
Only the Right Arrow key remains pressed, but it still returns the Right and Left arrow keys:

It’s clear the keyboard is working properly, but identifying the cause remains difficult, especially when the issue shows up in BIOS and safe boot. I recently replaced a new motherboard and set up fresh Windows.
Consider reinstalling the Win 10 keyboard driver since the existing one might be damaged.
Execute the build through Windows troubleshooters to locate and resolve issues.
Also attempt "sfc /scannow" and "dism".

it occurs in the bios, there are no windows... the drivers don't function there.
