You're considering switching from Windows 10 to Windows 11. It's a big change, so weigh the pros and cons carefully. Windows 11 offers faster performance, new user interface, improved multitasking, and better support for modern hardware. However, it requires a compatible device and may need a fresh installation. Think about your needs and whether the benefits align with your usage.

You won’t have any choice unless you prepare a backup, apply the upgrade, and check for available options.

The system has some tricky requirements and past update problems that affected users negatively. A Microsoft account is mandatory. There are also reports of ads appearing there. Generally, I’ve only noticed app suggestions in the start menu. It’s been updated this year, and they’ve made some changes to the settings—especially moving away from the control panel. The menu options are now quite user-friendly.
