Hello everyone, today I purchased an MSI GTX 1050 Ti and it's working fine, I think. But sometimes it lags, and I'm not sure where the lag comes from. I believe my I3-4170 is causing the bottleneck with the GTX 1050 Ti. So my question is, can my I3-4170 slow down the GTX 1050 Ti? (Sorry for the unclear English)

No, your i3-4170 shouldn't cause the 1050 Ti to slow down. This only happens if the CPU is handling heavy tasks while you're playing on a demanding server with many users.
