I recently replaced my somewhat older computer with an i7-8700k, a Z390M motherboard, an NVIDIA GTX 1080, 16GB of DDR4 3200MHz RAM, a Samsung 860 EVO 500GB SSD, a WD 2TB HDD, and an EVGA 850W 80+ Gold PSU. After nearly a month of use with this configuration, I’m extremely pleased with the results. However, I'm curious about potential limitations or issues that might arise. Specifically, I want to know if it would be suitable for streaming. I consistently achieve 230-250 FPS in PUBG during urban and intense battles, and still maintain over 100 FPS in Call of Duty: Blackout at maximum settings. What impact would streaming have on my overall performance? My internet connection provides speeds of approximately 120 Mbps download and 35 Mbps upload.

It’s incredibly simple for you to try it and inform us about the extent of your discomfort; simply follow a streaming instruction manual and avoid establishing an online stream if instead you record directly to your storage device, which will bypass more complex configurations. Utilizing GeForce Experience/Shadowplay for streaming will result in a negligible loss, perhaps even unnoticed.

If you employ GeForce Experience/Shadowplay for your streaming, the reduction in quality will be minimal or perhaps unapparent.

Please feel free to try it and inform us of any difficulties you encounter, simply follow the provided instructions for streaming. If you don’t establish an online stream but instead record directly to your hard drive, you’ll miss out on the more complex aspects of the setup. Utilizing GeForce Experience or Shadowplay for streaming will minimize potential losses, perhaps to the point where they are undetectable. I appreciate your suggestions and will address them promptly.
