Looking to upgrade to 4K and build a new PC (planning one). Since you’re always here, your advice would be appreciated. Is this configuration solid?
I believe you already have the solution, which explains why you invested so much on the rig.
Are you facing an actual issue or simply sharing what you achieved?

mixing sets can cause issues, that's essentially the only possible problem.
Your parts list remains top-notch today. Especially the 4090 for 4k gaming. A few reflections: The 13900KS is a well-balanced chip. It offers similar performance to the 14900K, which is $90 cheaper on Newegg. What is your case model? If it provides good airflow (two 140mm front intakes), you probably won’t need an aio cooler. Gaming doesn’t produce the same heat as a fully loaded batch application. Something to consider: See: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=dNFgswzTvyc Core i9-13900K Cooling Guide: Testing Intel's Flagship With Budget Air and Big AIOs The Core i9-13900K can handle even the most powerful liquid coolers, yet you still maintain solid performance with affordable air cooling. A Noctua NH-D15s might perform better quietly and consistently.
If you manage it and these sections become your next setup, you're all set. Game on 😎
