Hi, I'm checking if these battery power banks can supply enough power for the Mini PC. The Mini PC details are available here: https://www.aliexpress.com/item/1005005234838380.html. The product info mentions idle power at 10.5W and 20W under load, with a 30-watt DC power supply (12v x 2.5A).

I also have the Power Banks listed on Amazon:
https://www.amazon.ca/INIU-Slimmest-1000...B07G34JZG2
and another link: https://www.aliexpress.com/item/1005002233844317.html
https://www.aliexpress.com/item/1005006064400329.html

I need to know if an adapter is required and whether the 65-watt Dell Inspiron 3000 laptop adapter will work.

The initial warning seems clear to me: relying on mAh values to exaggerate performance numbers. Begin by ensuring consistent units. Next, perform some calculations using the provided resources. Keep in mind that power sources are evaluated under ideal conditions that often benefit the final output. Devices are typically tested with simplified requirements. The main concern is how long the mini-PC can operate solely on a power bank supply. Check some UPS calculators and consider the wattage needs of the mini-PC itself, including any peripherals like a monitor that must also be supported.

That's great, just need to go through it all.
I found a 12v Power Bank and want to know about the amps.

I performed a calculation using the Baseus power bank specifications.
It supports up to 3A at 12V, with a capacity of 20Ah.
Converting to watt-hours: 20Ah × 12V equals 240Wh.
With a 22W load and a 10% buffer, the runtime is approximately 10.91 hours.

You might have overlooked the initial article about portable batteries using 3.7V for their high mAh rating, including examples and comparisons with 12V batteries. That means you can't directly apply 12V calculations because those batteries operate at different voltages. Anyway
20,000mAh × 3.7V ÷ 1,000 = 74Wh (capacity)
74Wh / 22W = 3H 21m 60s (runtime)
I also found a review on the mini PC, noting an average wattage of 26 watts.

that slightly shortens the runtime of your 20,000mAh battery to around 2H 50m
