It's not too bad, but the cables can become significantly warmer. They're designed to withstand far greater heat than the heatsink can manage.

The insulation, including the sleeve, can reach about 80 degrees C before it melts. That means it should be fine. For the future, keep wires away from any sharp metal edges. Over time, the wire coating might get damaged and cause a short circuit against the metal. In your photo, everything looks okay since the sleeve is protecting the heatsink, not the actual wire.
