I attempted it. The SFC detected a corrupt file and resolved it. However, it didn't function properly on battery power.

It is noted as fully charged. It is a brand new Dell battery. I attempted to remove the battery controllers, which automatically reinstalled themselves. Device Manager shows 3 controllers. What do you mean by "uninstall the battery"? Do you refer to taking it out physically? The Device Manager doesn't list a separate uninstall option. On the Battery tab, it displays the controllers and AC power. Anyway, trying to unstall the controllers and take out the battery didn't resolve the issue.

Clean Boot didn't resolve the issue. I ran the DISM and SFC commands, but they didn't help.

I've tried adjusting the settings in Process Explorer but haven't found a suitable fix. Please focus on what you need to see without relying on many core window functions.

I've tested all the previous recommendations without success. I also removed the NVIDIA driver using DDU and reinstalled it, but nothing changed. I discovered a corrupt networking driver and reinstalled that one. Some online fixes suggest checking the motherboard, but I think if there was a problem there, it wouldn't work in SAFE MODE or BIOS, even though it does function there.

If I begin the computer and disconnect it after it has connected to Win 10, it will function briefly before becoming unresponsive.
Reset the Event Viewer records.
Launch the laptop normally and wait until it is merely running in the background.
Access Event Viewer and review the logs.
Proceed to unplug the device as usual.
Once the lockup occurs, resume operation as you would under normal conditions.
Inspect Event Viewer once more.
It should show some error codes, warnings, or simple events just before the lockup.
I anticipate the laptop would continue operating after being unplugged, unlike when it locks up.
This implies a process is struggling to manage the transition from power source.
To test, turn off all power-saving features and screen savers, then check if the lockups cease.

It's not the original battery, is it? What went wrong with the original one? Why did I need to replace it? When did this happen? Is the new battery an authentic Dell part? Did the issue start after installing the replacement?

I've owned this laptop for around 15 years. This might be the fourth battery. The last one was about 3-4 years old, working fine and charging properly, but I replaced it since many online sources suggested the issue was related to the battery. Since it wasn't a Dell product, I bought another Dell battery in the hope it would solve the problem, but it didn't work. So the real cause was something else that led me to get a new battery.
