Will the backlight remain off on the Logitech G413 SE?
Turning off the LED backlight on the Logitech G413 SE should keep it off even after rebooting the computer.

I have a G105 MW3 Edition that resets every time I power it off, which meant I had to switch through the lighting settings manually. No worries, but in the time you wait for a reply or check back, you could have found the solution by restarting your own device.
Thank you for the welcome, Lutfij.
I don't currently own the keyboard and am only thinking about purchasing it.
The Reddit discussion is about G413, and I'm inquiring specifically about G413 SE. It seems likely that the setup will be similar, though the older model can be programmed via Logitech's software while the newer one cannot (it appears this is the case).
EDIT: I want to be clearer—I don't mind if the keyboard lights up during startup, but I'd prefer not to have to switch it off manually each time I turn on the computer.
You'd need to switch off the lights each time you start up, but you wouldn't because the labels stay clear and almost disappear when the lights are off. Several people using the TKL version of the G413 SE mentioned the LED under the End or Home keys stopped working. One person managed to get it back on by applying pressure to the End key, suggesting a faulty connection. They also noticed the LEDs appeared white over time, similar to how users saw yellow keys after some tea spills. The same issue appears with the G915, indicating this isn't just a low-cost problem.
