Will the 6700 XT GPU work well with a Corsair VS650?
Welcome to the forums, newcomer! Could you share the age of the PSU and its previous usage? Please include a link to the 6700XT you're considering. Even if the PSU is brand new, I wouldn't use it for anything in a build—I'd prefer a stable 650W unit instead.
I'm not sure how old it is, maybe around 3 to 4 years. It seems to be running atm:
Cpu: i7-7700k
Mobo: Asus rog maximus ix
Gpu: Nvidia Gtx 650 (1gb gpu)
😛
Ram: Gskill trident 8x2gb 3000mhz
I don't want to purchase another power supply for this setup.

The Corsair VS650 features a group-regulated platform that struggles with poor voltage stability. It isn't adequate for any setup with a dedicated graphics card.
