There are two fans in my case and I'm using the Hyper 212 Evo. I'm wondering if I can overclock it without issues or if I'll need water cooling. I haven't bought any yet, but I don't want to spend too much on a heatsink since I've already spent a lot.

The 9600K has a 95W power consumption limit, while the 212 EVO cooler supports up to 180W. This should comfortably meet the needs of most overclockers.
