I checked the Steam sale and noticed Fallout 4 for £30. It got me thinking about purchasing it, though I’m unsure if it would work on my gaming PC. My computer specifications are listed on my profile, but if you’d like, I can share more details here.

Not on the maximum levels and likely not at 60 frames per second, but it should work fine.

Your processor might struggle, but the graphics card is okay. You might manage with a low to medium setting at around 30 frames per second.

You're likely aiming for a smooth 1080p experience at lower frame rates, possibly around 30-60 FPS depending on the source.

I wouldn't expect much from these specifications—it won't deliver a great experience. You can manage with lower settings at 1080p, around 40-60 frames per second.

I felt a little concerned since it mentions requiring an I5 processor, which I don’t currently possess.

I encountered issues before with Warframe on a low-resolution setting of 800x600 using a GeForce GT 620, aiming for a minimum of 20 FPS.

Low resolution, not steady at 60 fps. Likely between 30 to 45 frames per second, maybe a bit higher.
