We're uncertain about the final system specs before launch since it hasn't been released yet, but it seems you should be able to run it. However, avoid preordering AAA titles—many have launched in poor conditions and drained preorder funds. As long as people keep preordering, developers will keep releasing incomplete or flawed games because they've already met their costs from those who bought based on limited trust.
