Based on the lowest specifications outlined on Steam, it seems possible to run both titles. However, you likely do not fully satisfy the suggested requirements for either one.

They will move, but don’t anticipate exceptional performance. A reasonable frame rate could be achieved on both titles at lower configurations and resolutions under 1080p.
