I'm planning to install an Evga GTX750ti sx on my PC, will it function properly?
Current specs: -8GB RAM, AMD A8-5500 processor, 300w power supply, fan, heatsink.
Could this setup work? Is this sufficient?

You're likely going to require a more suitable PSU, as everything should work fine otherwise.
