Someone is experiencing an issue with their WiFi speed despite having a 100Mbps connection. They are downloading a large file and notice the download speed drops to 1Mbps. After rebooting the router, no improvement was seen. The problem seems to involve only two devices connected to the network. Seeking advice on possible causes.

I believe Mega offers a plan specifically for non-premium customers. Just because someone receives 100 MB/s doesn’t imply all users have the same speed connection.

Chances are "Mega" has a cap on download speed. If you are getting correct speeds everywhere else then the problem is on their side not yours.
